With a broad product portfolio, deep technical expertise, and a strong commitment to sustainability, the company plays an essential role in packaging, printing, consumer goods, automotive, electronics, and many other sectors.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Plant Manager are:Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.Develop and execute plant strategies aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.Ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, materials, and other resources.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.Lead capacity planning and production scheduling efforts to meet customer demand.Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety through training, audits, risk assessments, and incident prevention programs.Ensure adherence to environmental permits, regulations, and sustainability initiatives.Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure maintenance programs support safe and reliable plant operations.Lead equipment reliability and asset management initiatives to maximize uptime and operational effectiveness.Oversee capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.If interested, please apply using the link below.
