Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics
  • Develop and execute initiatives that improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Establish and monitor key manufacturing KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Improve overall plant performance through waste reduction, downtime elimination, and process optimization
  • Build, coach, and develop manufacturing leaders and frontline teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong background in flexible packaging manufacturing
  • Printing process experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement programs
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable improvements
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Engineering degree preferred but not required
