Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction planning and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee cost estimates and value engineering to align with client budgets.
  • Manage bid solicitation and subcontractor selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to support project pipelines.
