With their growth and project pipeline, they are looking for a very talented Preconstruction Manager to join their growing team!Job DescriptionLead the preconstruction phase from concept through final design.Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design alignment with budget and schedule.Develop project execution strategies and identify potential risks.Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.Maintain and update estimates throughout design phases.Develop preliminary project schedules and milestones.Identify critical paths and potential scheduling risks.Collaborate with project management and field teams to align timelines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
