Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle preconstruction for healthcare projects
  • Develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and GMPs
  • Manage subcontractor bidding, scope alignment, and procurement strategy
  • Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers during design phases
  • Support transition from preconstruction to operations teams
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management
  • Mentor junior preconstruction or estimating staff (for senior-level hires)

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience
  • Strong background in healthcare construction (required)
  • Experience managing full preconstruction lifecycle, not just estimating
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience with negotiated or design-build delivery preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Stable work history with reputable contractors preferred
