Job Description

  • Lead the preconstruction phase across a range of commercial projects
  • Develop accurate conceptual and detailed cost estimates and budgets
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance project outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and scope documentation
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Support client relationships and business development activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in preconstruction, estimating, or cost management within a general contractor
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and cost planning
  • Ability to operate in a client-facing, strategic role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
