Job Description

  • Lead the preconstruction phase from concept through project kickoff
  • Prepare and refine detailed cost estimates and budget projections
  • Coordinate with design teams to align scope, plans, and financial expectations
  • Manage subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and proposal evaluation
  • Identify project risks, cost drivers, and value engineering opportunities
  • Review drawings and specifications for completeness and constructability
