Job Description

  • Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Lead the preconstruction team in preparing detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial, K-12, municipal, and private construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and project schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
  • Provide guidance on value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance preconstruction processes.
