Job Description

  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates for data center construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements.
  • Review and analyze construction documents to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and proposals.
  • Prepare detailed preconstruction schedules and timelines.
  • Provide continuous communication and updates to stakeholders during the preconstruction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
