They are focused in custom home construction but also winning work in multifamily from time to time. They are currently seeking a preconstruction manager to join their growing team.Job DescriptionLead the preconstruction process from concept through final budget approval.Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and value‑engineering options.Collaborate closely with project executives, estimators, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and alignment on project scope.Prepare and manage preconstruction schedules, logistics plans, and risk assessments.Facilitate bid processes and subcontractor outreach; ensure competitive pricing and qualified coverage.Participate in design reviews to ensure constructability and alignment with budget/owner expectations.Present budgets, analyses, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.Maintain awareness of market conditions, material costs, and subcontractor performance in the South Florida region.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
