Job Description

* Manage preconstruction activities from concept through project handoff
* Prepare and review estimates, budgets, bid packages, and cost analyses
* Collaborate with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Mentor junior estimators and help develop department processes and standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of preconstruction, estimating, or related experience
  • Background in luxury custom homes preferred
  • Experience with luxury multifamily, condominiums, or high-end commercial projects considered
  • Bilingual communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Construction-related degree preferred with an organized, team-focused approach
