Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction activities from conceptual budgeting through project award
  • Prepare and review estimates, cost analyses, and value engineering options
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and project teams
  • Develop bid packages and manage subcontractor/vendor pricing efforts
  • Mentor junior preconstruction staff and help build department processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of preconstruction, estimating, or related experience
  • Background in luxury residential or custom home construction preferred
  • Bilingual communication skills required
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and client-facing abilities
  • Familiarity with the Miami construction market and local subcontractor network
