Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction activities from project pursuit through handoff to operations.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Evaluate drawings and specifications for constructability.
  • Coordinate subcontractor pricing and procurement efforts.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
  • Support permit planning and early project development activities.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction management.
  • Strong commercial construction knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
