As part of their continued investment in next-generation frequency control technologies, they are expanding their Centre of Excellence and are seeking an experienced Principal OCXO Design Head to lead the development of world-class ultra-low phase noise oscillator solutions.Job DescriptionReporting into the Global Leadership, the candidate will be based in BANGALORE, INDIA and will lead architecture and development of high-performance Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) products.Key responsibilities:Designing and optimising ultra-low phase noise OCXO architectures for defence, aerospace and precision timing applications.Developing oscillator circuits, sustaining amplifiers and thermal control systems to achieve phase noise and frequency stability performance.Selecting, characterising and optimising quartz crystal resonators and associated frequency control components.Performing circuit simulations, worst-case analysis, reliability assessments and compliance evaluations.Developing automated test methodologies for phase noise, ageing, environmental validation.Supporting prototype-to-production transitionsDriving innovation across next-generation timing technologies, including MEMS, advanced resonators and emerging oscillator solutionsLeading design reviews, technical trade studies and customer-facing engineering discussions.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
