Job Description

Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring efficient, effective, and safe manufacturing of product
  • Improve manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot plant processes
  • Support product and process commercialization
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation
  • Identify downtime causes and suggest solutions
  • Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
