Job Description

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead continuous improvement projects
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Support capital equipment installations and upgrades
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor production metrics and process performance
  • Partner with quality, maintenance, and production teams
  • Support new product introductions and process validation activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with process optimization initiatives
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
