Job Description

  • Lead process improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime.
  • Manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external stakeholders on improvement activities.
  • Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support asset management and reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance while promoting a strong safety culture.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Background in process optimisation, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, reliability methodologies, or heavy manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
