This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where engineering plays a central role in strategic growth.Job DescriptionLead initiatives to improve manufacturing safety, efficiency, and product quality.Design, review, and implement equipment upgrades and new production systems.Drive process capability improvements using data analysis and Six Sigma methodologies.Coordinate installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and optimisation of new equipment.Increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through targeted improvement programmes.Support product introductions ensuring smooth transition into manufacturing.Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.Develop and maintain engineering documentation, procedures, and work instructions.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and technical teams.Identify cost reduction and automation opportunities to enhance performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
