Their facility is focused on safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, with significant investment in process optimization, equipment performance, and employee development.Job DescriptionProvide process engineering support to production and maintenance teams to achieve plant performance goalsLead initiatives to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiencyDevelop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategiesDrive root cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts for recurring equipment and process issuesManage capital and expense projects from scope development through executionCoordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activitiesSupport annual budgeting and forecasting for maintenance and reliability projectsMonitor and analyze reliability metrics, machine efficiency data, and process performance indicatorsConduct equipment criticality assessments, FMEA, and reliability-centered maintenance activitiesDevelop equipment maintenance plans and continuous improvement initiativesWork with maintenance teams to establish predictive maintenance protocols and best practicesLead cross-functional teams focused on reducing downtime and improving operational performanceMaintain and update SOPs, maintenance strategies, and process documentationEnsure compliance with engineering, safety, environmental, and quality standardsSupport implementation of new technologies and reliability-focused manufacturing improvementsMaintain an active presence on the production floor to support operations and troubleshoot issuesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
