We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Process Engineer to support production operations, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, working directly with operators, and solving real-time production challenges.

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and resolve production-related challenges.
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve uptime and performance.
  • Lead cost reduction, scrap reduction, and downtime improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, output, and product quality.
  • Support new product introductions and transfer projects from R&D into manufacturing.
  • Develop process documentation, train employees, and participate in corrective action and root cause investigations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with production teams.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, or quality systems experience is a plus.
