With a collaborative culture and a commitment to innovation, the business empowers employees to work closely with leaders across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing functions to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results.Job DescriptionThe Process Improvement Engineer will:Analyze operational, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, quality, maintenance, and customer service data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key business and operational metrics.Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, performance measurement, and quantification of improvement opportunities.Deliver actionable recommendations that support capacity planning, production scheduling, labour planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and operational execution.Create presentations and reports that communicate complex findings in a clear and practical manner.Improve reporting processes, data governance practices, and analytics workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.Assist with the development of KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards across operational functions.Support operational reviews by providing timely insights and meaningful analysis.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
