This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional looking to work on high-visibility projects, influence key business decisions, and build valuable relationships across a diverse operational landscape.Job DescriptionAnalyze manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, inventory, customer service, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reports that support business decision-making.Partner with operations, supply chain, planning, engineering, quality, maintenance, finance, and customer-facing teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and maintain documentation related to data definitions, reporting logic, and business rules.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes, quantifying opportunities, and measuring the impact of operational changes.Provide data-driven recommendations related to capacity planning, labor utilization, inventory management, scheduling, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.Create presentations and reporting materials that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Improve reporting processes, analytics workflows, and data collection practices to support better business visibility and decision-making.Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
