Known for its collaborative culture, the business works closely with clinical partners and leverages modern manufacturing techniques to bring innovative solutions to market, offering engineers the chance to make a tangible clinical impact.Job DescriptionReporting into the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for the following:Gather, document, and organize surgeon feedback from evaluations, labs, and clinical use of spinal implants and instrumentsAnalyze feedback to identify opportunities for design, usability, and workflow improvementsConvert clinical insights into clear engineering requirements for design and R&D teamsCollaborate with surgeons, internal engineers, and external manufacturing partners to assess prototypes and production toolsTrack design iterations and maintain detailed feedback and change documentationSupport verification, validation, and usability testing activitiesContribute to the development of surgical technique guides and training materialsAssist with regulatory documentation, risk assessments, and design control processesParticipate in cross‑functional reviews to ensure clinical input is embedded throughout developmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
