The Product Manager will have end-to-end ownership of a filtration portfolio serving some of the world's largest medical device OEMs, with the opportunity to shape where the business invests and grows next. This is a highly visible role for someone who wants to combine technical product knowledge with customer insights and commercial strategy while helping build out a developing product management function.

Job Description

Own the strategy and lifecycle of a portfolio of filtration products serving the medical device market. This individual will combine customer and market insights with technical and commercial strategy to identify growth opportunities and bring products from early-stage concept through launch and ongoing portfolio management.

  • Own the full product lifecycle, from market exploration and customer discovery through development, commercialization, and ongoing portfolio strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new market and product opportunities, translating customer needs and market data into actionable business cases.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing new concepts, product enhancements, and portfolio investments.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to move new products through development and commercialization.
  • Engage directly with medical device OEM customers to understand technical requirements, unmet needs, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, including positioning, value propositions, pricing input, and sales enablement.
  • Serve as a key source of market, competitive, and pricing intelligence to guide longer-term portfolio and investment decisions.

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, or a related product-focused role.
    • Demonstrated experience with new product development and commercialization, ideally with ownership across multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
    • Background within medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated technical manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
    • Ability to understand highly engineered products and technical customer requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
    • Experience working with OEM customers and cross-functional engineering, commercial, manufacturing, or regulatory teams.
    • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, including experience developing business cases, market analyses, and product roadmaps.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; ability to travel up to 30%.



Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates from medical manufacturing, medical components, fluid management, filtration, flow control, tubing, connectors, contract manufacturing, or related technical industries will be particularly well aligned with this opportunity. Experience working with large medical device manufacturers and OEMs is highly valued.
