My client is seeking a Product Support Engineer II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, training, and product quality expertise for critical power and UPS systems. Job Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for field technicians and customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex power system and UPS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
  • Support product quality initiatives and root cause investigations.
  • Deliver technical training for technicians and end users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in power systems, UPS, or electrical engineering.
  • Expertise in power electronics, SCRs, IGBTs, and control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, and technical training.
  • Ability to travel as needed with a valid driver's license and passport.
