My client is seeking a Product Support Engineer II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, training, and product quality expertise for critical power and UPS systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer looking to work on complex technologies while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Job Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for field technicians and customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex power system and UPS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
  • Support product quality initiatives and root cause investigations.
  • Deliver technical training for technicians and end users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in power systems, UPS, or electrical engineering.
  • Expertise in power electronics, SCRs, IGBTs, and control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, and technical training.
  • Ability to travel as needed with a valid driver's license and passport.
