Its products are widely recognized, science-based, and used by consumers around the world.The company operates with a strong emphasis on consumer-focused innovation, combining clinical research with insights into how people manage their health day-to-day.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Production Maintenance Manager are:Lead and manage all plant maintenance functions, including preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.Oversee and develop a team of maintenance technicians, planners, and reliability engineers.Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to support site performance goalsImplement and maintain CMMS systems, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and asset trackingDevelop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in a highly regulated manufacturing environmentMonitor maintenance KPIs and report on performance, costs, and improvment initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
