Apply today!Job DescriptionLead daily production activities to ensure customer delivery requirements and production schedules are met.Manage production supervisors, team leads, and machine operators.Develop staffing plans and optimize labor utilization across shifts.Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics/KPIsProvide technical leadership for die-cutting and converting operations.Optimize machine settings, tooling configurations, and process parameters to improve throughput and quality.Troubleshoot production issues involving tooling, material flow, machine performance, setup, and product defects.Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.Partner with Quality teams to resolve manufacturing and customer quality concerns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
