With a strong focus on people, process improvement, and delivering exceptional products, the organization offers a collaborative culture where leaders are empowered to drive meaningful change and contribute to long-term business success.Job DescriptionLead daily production operations across 1st and 2nd shifts, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are met.Manage production startup, scheduling, and shift readiness to support seamless operations.Monitor labor, yields, and operational costs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce waste.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization.Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and production personnel.Foster strong communication and collaboration between shifts to ensure alignment and accountability.Partner with Maintenance, Sanitation, and Quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and production readiness.Support workforce planning and staffing to meet production demands and business objectives.Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including HACCP, GMP, SQF, and BRC requirements.Report directly to the Vice President and provide leadership for a high-volume food manufacturing operation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
