Job Description

  • Lead daily production operations across multiple departments
  • Manage supervisors and production personnel
  • Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
  • Develop staffing and workforce plans to support customer demand
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze production data and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate activities with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
  • Manage labor utilization and departmental performance metrics
  • Support ongoing employee training and development efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems preferred
