This person will work across our factories, internal teams, and major retail accounts to make sure every production milestone is tracked, every requirement is communicated, and potential problems are identified before they become delays.

Job Description



Production Scheduling & Tracking

  • Maintain the production schedule across all factories and SKUs, keeping every date current and accurate
  • Track CRDs, PP and TOP samples, packaging approvals, testing, inspections, and other production milestones through final sign-off
  • Keep our internal systems updated in real time so the team always has an accurate view of production status

Factory Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact with our factories, primarily in China
  • Follow up consistently and push for timely, specific updates on production status
  • Make sure product, packaging, timing, and quality requirements are clearly understood at the factory level



Risk Management & Communication

  • Catch delays, discrepancies, and potential production issues early
  • Flag risks clearly and escalate issues before they affect customer delivery dates
  • Keep the Director of Production and internal teams aligned on timing, changes, and outstanding decisions

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with design, sales, and operations so product requirements, packaging, production timing, and delivery expectations stay aligned from what is sold through what ultimately ships
  • Coordinate with design on samples, specifications, packaging, and approvals
  • Work with operations on inventory needs, replenishment, and delivery timing

Key Retail Accounts

  • Manage account-specific production requirements for major retail partners including Target and Walmart
  • Track customer-specific packaging, compliance, testing, timing, and delivery requirements
  • Work with the sales and operations teams to make sure customer commitments are accurately reflected in production plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in production management, operations, or supply chain within consumer products
  • Experience managing physical product production across multiple factories and SKUs
  • Experience working directly with Chinese manufacturers
  • Experience managing detailed production schedules, samples, approvals, testing, inspections, and packaging
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts such as Target or Walmart is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, persistent communicator who is comfortable pushing factories and partners for answers
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of moving pieces without letting details slip



What's on Offer

  • Salary: $120,000/year
  • Discretionary year-end bonus based on individual, department, and company performance
