This company offers a stable environment with room for advancement for strong performers.Job DescriptionLead and supervise 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) production teams operating converting and finishing equipment.Plan, organize, and adjust daily workflow to meet production, quality, and on-time delivery targets.Coach, train, and onboard new operators and helpers to build a skilled, engaged crew.Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance as needed.Promote a strong safety culture; conduct regular safety and production huddles with the team.Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Review production data, identify bottlenecks or waste, and implement improvements.Partner with other supervisors and departments to support smooth shift handoffs and communication.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
