Employees benefit from extensive training opportunities, internal career development programs, and a collaborative manufacturing environmentJob DescriptionIn this role you will report into the Production Manager and be responsible for:Leading a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees across assembly and welding operations.Managing daily production activities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are being achieved.Supervising steel and aluminum welding processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.Supporting assembly operations and balancing resources between fabrication and final assembly activities.Monitoring labor performance, production output, and operational efficiency.Training and developing team members on welding techniques, assembly processes, safety requirements, and quality expectations.Reviewing production data and ensuring work orders are being processed accurately within SAP or another ERP platform.Coordinating with production planning and other manufacturing departments to resolve bottlenecks.Maintaining work-in-process accuracy and production documentation.Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the department.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
