Job Description

Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees.
Monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
Track production metrics and prepare operational reports.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience within food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
Conversational bilingual Spanish required.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety standards, and production scheduling.
Experience with dairy, yogurt, or cultured food products is highly preferred.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
