Job Description

  • Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Track production metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
  • Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience within food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Conversational bilingual Spanish required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety standards, and production scheduling.
  • Experience with dairy, yogurt, or cultured food products is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
