Job Description

The Production Supervisor will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
  • Manage daily production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
  • Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and safety performance.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
  • Experience within medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
