Job Description

  • Supervise production personnel and daily operations
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support employee training and development
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
  • Experience with production scheduling and workforce planning
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills



Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
  • High-volume manufacturing experience
