Our team-focused culture encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development in a fast-paced production environment.Job DescriptionSupervise, train, coach, and develop production team members to achieve performance and productivity goals.Promote and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.Manage employee scheduling, attendance, time approvals, time-off requests, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, recruitment, and training initiatives.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages engagement and accountability.Ensure adherence to standard work processes, KPIs, production goals, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.Oversee assigned production functions and ensure daily production targets are met.Monitor production schedules to ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality requirements.Implement and maintain efficient production processes, procedures, and best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of production supplies and materials.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards, including ISO 13485 requirements.Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest level of product quality.Conduct inspections and review production output to identify and address defects or non-conformances.Partner with Quality Assurance to support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives.Maintain accurate production, quality, and employee performance records.Prepare and present production and performance reports to management.Effectively manage labor, equipment, materials, and other resources to optimize operational efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Production Supervisor should have:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience required.5+ years of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.Strongly preferred experience within the printing industry, including screen, flexographic, and/or digital printing environments.Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation in English.Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems.Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.Comprehensive 401(k) match program.Paid time off (PTO).Life insurance coverage and long-term disability benefits.Interested?
