The company offers a collaborative environment where leaders are empowered to improve processes, develop teams, and contribute to long-term business success.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and operational priorities.Coordinate with planning and other production departments to ensure workflow alignment.Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable for production performance and process compliance.Ensure production orders are accurately completed, confirmed, and documented within company systems.Monitor productivity metrics and provide coaching to improve efficiency and performance.Participate in interviewing and selection activities for production team members.Create and maintain work instructions, machine setup documentation, and training materials.Oversee quality control expectations and ensure compliance with established procedures and SOPs.Audit quality records, production confirmations, and work-in-progress documentation for accuracy.Ensure all work-in-progress materials are properly identified and traceable.Partner with leadership to plan and implement process improvement projects.Promote and maintain a safe working environment while supporting continuous safety improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
