Job Description

  • Lead program planning activities from proposal development through production launch.
  • Evaluate customer requests and change orders while ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and scheduling requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and program execution strategies.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, providing program updates and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor program budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics while implementing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Facilitate formal program reviews, milestone meetings, and change-control processes.
  • Prepare and communicate program status reports to leadership and customers.
  • Support seamless transfer of products from development into production environments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial priorities in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to regulated or controlled program information when required.
