The role leads cross-functional planning, risk evaluation, scheduling, resource planning, and new product introduction efforts while working cross functionally with other teams.

Job Description

This Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading proposal planning activities from opportunity assessment through proposal submission.
  • Developing executable program plans, schedules, resource plans, and planning assumptions.
  • Validating manufacturing capacity, operational readiness, material availability, and execution feasibility.
  • Partnering with business development, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams on proposal strategy.
  • Coordinating proposal inputs including estimates, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Assessing and mitigating technical, operational, supply chain, schedule, and program risks.
  • Leading cross-functional reviews, governance activities, and approval gate processes.
  • Resolving scope, schedule, resource, and execution conflicts while driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Analyzing program performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Program Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of program management, project management, or project engineering experience.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and planning efforts.
  • Background within aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, antennas, RF products, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with proposal development, quoting, and customer-facing execution planning.
  • Strong knowledge of NPI/NPD processes and phase-gate product development.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively on the manufacturing floor.
