Their products support critical aerospace, space exploration, and defense missions through advanced components, subsystems, and integrated technologies.Job DescriptionThis Program Manager will be responsible for:Leading proposal planning activities from opportunity assessment through proposal submission.Developing executable program plans, schedules, resource plans, and planning assumptions.Validating manufacturing capacity, operational readiness, material availability, and execution feasibility.Partnering with business development, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams on proposal strategy.Coordinating proposal inputs including estimates, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans.Assessing and mitigating technical, operational, supply chain, schedule, and program risks.
