Project Coordinator (Retail Construction)

• Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Help identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and scope plans.
• Support the procurement of materials and services needed for construction projects.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
