Job Description

Project Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge,VA will:

  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of site development projects
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Assist in subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Conduct site visits and ensure work is progressing according to plan
  • Utilize internal systems and tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and field personnel
  • Help drive project efficiency through proactive coordination and problem-solving

This is a full-time, in-office role (M-F) based out of Woodbridge, VA.

The Successful Applicant

Project Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge,VA will have:

    • 1-2+ years of experience in civil construction or site development
    • Exposure to commercial, residential, or infrastructure site projects preferred
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
    • Proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
    • Comfortable working in both office and field environments
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
    • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
