Lead technical power systems projects from design through commissioning.

Job Description

Manage the engineering execution of assigned power system projects.
Partner with Project Managers to develop schedules and coordinate project resources.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout project lifecycles.
Review technical requirements, specifications, and vendor documentation.
Prepare and approve technical submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
Support the creation of customer-specific control system drawings.
Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Develop factory acceptance testing, startup, and site acceptance testing procedures.
Support field technicians during startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Implement corrective actions and support successful project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in electrical power systems.
Experience with UPS systems, backup power generation, or related technologies preferred.
Understanding of controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and industrial automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools.
Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
