The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional client service, and innovative solutions for public and private sector clients throughout the region.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers with the coordination and execution of multiple landscape construction projects.Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities.Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project forecasting.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.Support permit applications, inspections, and closeout documentation.Help identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing delays and cost impacts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
