With a focus on developing talent and promoting from within, the business offers an environment where ambitious construction professionals can gain hands-on experience, take on increasing responsibility, and progress their careers within the organization.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to maintain project schedules.Track project progress, budgets, procurement activities, and material deliveries.Assist with change orders, cost tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting.Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.Attend project meetings and assist in resolving technical issues and coordination challenges.Support quality control, site safety initiatives, and project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
