Job Description

  • Lead engineering projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage capital equipment and facility-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Work with external suppliers and contractors as required.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
  • 3D modeling and design experience for the design of CAPEX related projects.
  • Previous experience in project engineering or engineering management.
  • Background within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
