Job Description

  • Oversee multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, including ground-up and occupied renovation work.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with healthcare systems, owners, architects, and trade partners.
  • Lead project strategy related to budget, schedule, risk management, and client satisfaction.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, business development initiatives, and pursuit strategies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience managing and leading ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects.
  • Proven success overseeing large, complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including operations in occupied environments.
  • Experience managing multiple project teams and large portfolios of work.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
