Project Executive - Small - Mid Sized General Contractor

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
