Including: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - they also have a special projects division for life science and TI work.Large enough to have a significant & stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number.Job DescriptionThe Project Executive is responsible for:In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston)Providing operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeoutLeading internal project teams and managing cross-functional coordinationMaintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all phasesOverseeing financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performanceConducting monthly project reviews and staffing evaluationsAttending owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetingsEnsuring timely and accurate completion of owner applicationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
