Job Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all job sites.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the construction process.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
