Job Description

  • Manage 2-4 construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project performance metrics
  • Identify challenges proactively and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building ability
  • Problem-solver who can adapt and make decisions independently
  • Experience with ground-up, renovation, or interior construction projects

Salary: $130,000+ base salary (flexible based on experience)

  • Monthly vehicle allowance or company vehicle, plus discretionary bonus (8%-15%)
